We are seeking a Centre Director who is driven, passionate and knowledgeable, ideally has the experience and a strong desire to lead, inspire and support our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day operations of our Mittagong West centre.

Our key selection criteria includes:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
  • A minimum 1 years’ experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting is ideal.
  • Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • A current WWCC. 
  • Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). 
  • Experience in leading or being part of A&R is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.
  • Strong commitment to undertake and coordinate continuing professional development training for Educators.
  • The ability to problem solve in your day-to-day practice.
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently and possess strong organisational skills.
  • Communicate effectively with Management, parents, other staff and professionals.
  • Ensure you are effectively managing and overseeing enrolments and orientation
